Questions about MySchoola, answered
What the platform is, who it suits, how onboarding works and what happens to your data. If your question is not here, ask us directly.
The basics
MySchoola is management software for education businesses that teach in courses. It brings enrolments, courses and groups, timetables, attendance, invoicing, communication and reporting into one platform, so a center does not need four disconnected tools and a spreadsheet.
Language schools, training centers, tutoring academies, children’s learning centers, adult education centers, professional training organisations and multi-course academies. In short: any organisation whose business runs on programmes, levels, groups and sessions.
No. Those institutions run on academic years, grade books and curricula, and they are well served by traditional school systems. MySchoola is deliberately built for course-based centers, which have different needs: rolling intakes, levels, packages and per-session teaching.
That is the goal. Learner records, enrolments, timetables, attendance registers and invoices all live in the platform. Most centers keep spreadsheets only for one-off analysis, using exports from MySchoola.
Language and training centers
Levels are part of the course structure. You define the levels of each programme, place learners after a placement test or interview, group them by level and track progression from one level to the next, including certificates at completion.
Yes. Rolling enrolment is a core case: a learner can join an existing group, and their invoice reflects the sessions actually remaining rather than a full term.
Yes. You can sell packages of sessions, track the remaining balance as attendance is recorded, and manage individual or small-group lessons alongside standard groups.
Teachers have availability windows used by the scheduler, and their taught hours come from attendance records. Compensation can be calculated per session or per hour, which is how most centers actually pay.
Getting started
After the demo, we agree on a setup plan: we configure your programmes, levels, rooms, fee structures and users, import your existing learner data, then train your team on the screens they will use daily.
Yes. Learners, courses, groups and outstanding balances can be imported from spreadsheets or exports from another system. We validate the result with you before you go live.
The everyday tasks — enrol a learner, mark attendance, issue an invoice — are designed to be learned in a single session. Directors usually need a second session for reporting and permissions.
No. MySchoola runs in the browser, with nothing to install and no server to maintain. Your team needs a device and an internet connection.
Scale and structure
Yes. Multi-course management is built in: several programmes, each with its own levels, calendars, capacity and fee structures, running in parallel in the same center.
Yes. Each branch keeps its own timetables, rooms and team, while directors get a consolidated view across the organisation. Permissions can be scoped so a branch manager sees only their location.
Plans are based on active learners and branches rather than seats, so you can give access to the administrators and teachers who need it without watching a licence counter.
Pricing and demo
Pricing depends on your number of active learners, your branches and the modules you enable. The pricing page describes the plan structures, and we send a written quote after a short demo.
A 30-minute online walkthrough focused on your center: how you would set up your programmes, enrol learners, publish timetables, take attendance and invoice. You can bring your administrator and your accountant.
None. A demo is a conversation. If MySchoola is not the right fit for your center, we will say so.
Languages, data and availability
Arabic, French and English, with the same feature coverage. Arabic includes a fully mirrored right-to-left interface. Each user chooses their own language, so your front desk can work in Arabic while a report is read in French.
You do. Your learner, attendance and financial records belong to your center, and you can export them in standard formats whenever you want, including if you decide to leave.
Yes. Our first market is Morocco, but the platform is not tied to it: it works for any course-based center, and we are expanding language, currency and payment support as we enter new markets.
Access is controlled by role, sensitive actions are logged, and data is stored with encryption in transit. We only collect what the platform needs to run your operations.

Ask it directly. We answer every message ourselves, and a short conversation is usually faster than reading a page of documentation.
