What centers ask us before a quote.
Because a center with 80 evening learners and a three-branch academy need very different configurations. Rather than publish a number that fits nobody, we look at your learners, branches and modules during the demo and send a written quote you can compare.
Mainly the number of active learners, the number of branches and the modules you enable. Administrative users and teachers are not billed individually.
Onboarding, configuration and training are part of the plan proposal. If your center needs a large data migration or a custom integration, it is quoted separately and stated clearly before you sign.
Yes. Plans follow the size of your center, so you can move up when you open a new branch or a new programme, and adjust when a season is quieter.
We start with a guided demo on your own operating model. If it fits, we agree on a pilot scope so your team can work with real data before committing to a full rollout.
It remains yours. You can export learners, enrolments, attendance and invoices in standard formats at any time, including at the end of a contract.
